Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of meals, with strong expertise in both local and continental cuisines.


• Plan balanced menus tailored to household preferences and nutritional needs.


• Shop for ingredients and manage kitchen inventory to ensure freshness and reduce waste.


• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen safety.


• Clean and care for all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure a sanitary environment.

Requirements

• Culinary Degree 


• 2 - 5 years work experience


• Expertise in continental, local, and Chinese cuisine.


• Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations.


• Good communication skills and ability to follow dietary preferences/restrictions.
