Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Admin team, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall objectives.
Manage the functionality and upkeep of all office facilities, ensuring proper infrastructure, cleanliness, and security.
Supervise the use, maintenance, and documentation of company assets including vehicles, generators, and other equipment.
Ensure efficient power supply by managing generator usage, diesel procurement, and AEDC electricity monitoring.
Oversee and reconcile AEDC electricity bills and DStv subscriptions across office locations, ensuring timely payment and usage tracking.
Coordinate logistics, fleet management, driver schedules, and vehicle servicing.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and contract compliance.
Monitor and control administrative budgets and perform periodic reconciliation of expenses related to utilities and subscriptions.
Maintain an up-to-date asset register and ensure all administrative records are accurate and securely stored.
Provide monthly reports to management on administrative activities, costs, asset status, and vendor performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or HND in Public Administration, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
A Master's degree or professional certification in office management or administration is a plus.
8-10 years of progressive experience in administrative roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity overseeing administrative functions.
Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is preferred.
