Job Description




  • We are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager with a strong background in Human Resources Management

  • This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance with labor laws.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies in alignment with the company's strategic plan.

  • Lead the full employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, on-boarding, performance management, training and development, succession planning, and off boarding.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee relations management.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary bench marking, performance-based incentives, and employee wellness initiatives.

  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide strategic HR support.



Qualifications




  • Proven work experience in Human Resources & Culture Management 

  • Must possess CIPM, SHRI or any relevant and recognized HR professional certification.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience as a management staff in same role.

  • Proficiency with Legal Drafting & MS Suite.

  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing Business.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Competency in developing learning framework and PM strategies

  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

  • Knowledge of Performance Scorecard/Evaluations Metrics.
