Role Summary




  • As the Business Development Manager, you will drive the company's business expansion by identifying, negotiating, and securing high-value opportunities in areas such as private security guards (armed & unarmed), VIP protection, and technology-driven security solutions (CCTV surveillance, access control, alarm systems, GPS tracking, etc.).. You will develop innovative security solutions tailored to client needs, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and play a critical role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.



Key Responsibilities



Strategic Business Development




  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share in private security and technology-based security solutions.

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with corporate organizations, government agencies, and high-net-worth individuals.

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue..

  • Identify and cultivate partnerships that align with the company’s long-term objectives.

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover trends, competitive in sights, and e merging opportunities.



Opportunity Management and Deal Closure




  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value business opportunities across key sectors.

  • Lead contract negotiations to secure impactful and mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure and finalize deals, ensuring profitability and compliance.



Solution Design and Execution




  • Craft innovative security solutions leveraging the company’s technology and expertise.

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Develop persuasive proposals and presentations to convert leads into long-term clients.



Leadership and Collaboration




  • Engage and manage external consultants to support business initiatives.

  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver results aligned with strategic goals.

  • Mentor junior business development professionals to foster a culture of excellence.

  • Residential and Commercial Security ○ Deliver advanced smart home and business security systems with alarms, surveillance, and remote control.

  • Tailor security solution for SMEs, gated communities, and high-value residential properties.



Corporate and Industrial Security




  • Offer robust access control, asset protection, and executive security services for corporate and industrial clients. ○ Implement integrated systems for logistics and supply chain security.



Technology-Driven Solutions




  • Deploy AI-enhanced monitoring, IoT-enabled devices, and cyber security solutions.

  • Provide end-to-end digital and physical security integration.



Emergency Response and Risk Management




  • Establish rapid response units for crises and intrusions.

  • Design training programs for disaster preparedness and incident resolution.



Event and Crowd Management




  • Develop security solutions for large-scale events, leveraging technology for real-time monitoring and contingency planning.



Qualifications and Skills




  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior business development roles, with 5+years in security, consulting, or technology sectors.

  • Proven expertise in closing high-value deals and managing complex projects.

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

  • Exceptional networking, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and data analytics.
