We are looking for a high conversion Sales Executive to work full-time on a Retainer + Commission basis. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, closing multiple property deals and driving Joint Venture partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Close at least 5 property sales per month (flats, terraces, Maisonette, Semi-detached, detached)
Identify and qualify high-value leads in premium markets
Conduct property presentations, viewings, and follow-ups
Negotiate deals, prepare proposals, and facilitate contract signing
Secure profitable joint-venture partnerships aligned with business strategy
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline through diligent CRM usage
Provide periodic sales forecasts and performance reports to management
Stay ahead of market trends, pricing benchmarks, and industry activity
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Industry Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in real estate sales, or property investment (not entry-level)
Sales Record: Demonstrated history of closing bulk high-value property sales monthly.
Joint Venture Procurement: Experienced in sourcing and closing profitable joint venture deals.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
Self-Sufficiency: Can operate independently, proactive, with strategic vision and minimal supervision
Networking Skills: Well-connected within the industry, capable of leveraging relationships to drive sales and partnerships.
Results-Oriented: A professional who thrives in a high-performance environment, driven to meet or exceed monthly targets.
