About the Role




  • We are looking for a high conversion Sales Executive to work full-time on a Retainer + Commission basis. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, closing multiple property deals and driving Joint Venture partnerships.



Key Responsibilities




  • Close at least 5 property sales per month (flats, terraces, Maisonette, Semi-detached, detached)

  • Identify and qualify high-value leads in premium markets

  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and follow-ups

  • Negotiate deals, prepare proposals, and facilitate contract signing

  • Secure profitable joint-venture partnerships aligned with business strategy

  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline through diligent CRM usage

  • Provide periodic sales forecasts and performance reports to management

  • Stay ahead of market trends, pricing benchmarks, and industry activity



Ideal Candidate Profile:




  • Industry Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in real estate sales, or property investment (not entry-level)

  • Sales Record: Demonstrated history of closing bulk high-value property sales monthly.

  • Joint Venture Procurement: Experienced in sourcing and closing profitable joint venture deals.

  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.

  • Self-Sufficiency: Can operate independently, proactive, with strategic vision and minimal supervision

  • Networking Skills: Well-connected within the industry, capable of leveraging relationships to drive sales and partnerships.

  • Results-Oriented: A professional who thrives in a high-performance environment, driven to meet or exceed monthly targets.
