They are comprised of a wellness day spa with multiple locations, farm to skin retail products, a wholesale & amenity product line for spa's, hotels, and airlines, a training institute and a franchise.
Job Objective/Purpose of Job
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for architecting and executing the marketing strategy across a multi-brand, multi-channel wellness enterprise. This leader will drive brand growth, customer acquisition, retention, and international visibility across spa locations, product lines, digital platforms, and partnership channels. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, with a strong grasp of omnichannel marketing, team leadership, and data-driven growth strategies.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Global & Multi-Brand Strategy
- Oversee cohesive marketing strategy across all subsidiaries including spa locations, product lines, mobile spa services, and CSR initiatives.
- Develop campaigns tailored to each brand’s unique identity while maintaining consistency and synergy across the group.
- Support international expansion marketing, tailoring campaigns to local markets and ensuring brand consistency across geographies.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research and consumer behavior analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between marketing and business units for consistent strategy execution.
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI tracking.
Partnerships
- Design marketing support for franchisees, distribution partners, and affiliates
- Develop toolkits, brand guidelines, and campaign frameworks for retail/distribution partners and affiliate locations to use consistently and effectively.
- Collaborate with business development to amplify partner-driven visibility and revenue.
Influencer & PR Strategy
- Build and manage influencer relationships, user-generated content campaigns, and PR outreach.
- Drive awareness and credibility through strategic media
- placements and creator partnerships in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle verticals.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
Revenue Contribution
- Own and report on marketing performance KPIs directly tied to revenue growth, digital conversions, spa bookings, and customer lifetime value.
- Lead cross-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, SMS, etc.) to generate qualified leads and drive performance.
- Partner with finance and sales to align marketing spend with ROI and growth projections.
Brand Management & Communication
- Define and evolve the company's brand identity across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure adherence across departments.
- Manage all external communications including press releases, brand partnerships, and media outreach.
- Monitor brand perception and lead initiatives to enhance the company's reputation locally and globally.
AI, Automation & Tech Stack Awareness
- Evaluate and adopt marketing technology tools (MarTech) to improve customer targeting, personalization, and lead conversion.
- Use CRM, automation, and AI-driven platforms to segment audiences, optimize messaging, and enhance conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and innovations, especially in beauty/wellness tech.
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
- Drive traffic and engagement through SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and email marketing.
- Oversee content creation across digital platforms—social media, website, newsletters, and blogs.
- Implement and manage digital analytics tools to track, report, and optimize campaign performance.
- Optimize online user experience and sales funnel performance.
Customer Engagement & Loyalty
- Develop and oversee loyalty and retention strategies (e.g., rewards programs, customer surveys).
- Lead CRM initiatives to deepen engagement and personalization.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to inform marketing and product decisions.
- Coordinate regular customer experience touchpoints and brand activations.
Product Marketing
- Work closely with the Product and R&D teams to launch new products and communicate key benefits.
- Design product positioning strategies for skincare, spa, and other wellness services.
- Create compelling messaging and visuals for packaging, advertising, and digital platforms.
- Monitor product performance in the market and recommend improvements or campaigns.
Retail & Spa Marketing Support
- Collaborate with retail and spa managers to develop location-specific promotions and campaigns.
- Support in-store marketing efforts including displays, signage, and promotional materials.
- Develop event marketing strategies to drive walk-ins and bookings.
- Monitor sales performance and footfall linked to marketing efforts.
Team Development & Stakeholder Engagement
- Train, and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team with clear KPIs and performance goals.
- Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and capability development.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the executive team.
- Serve as the key contact for external vendors, media partners, and marketing consultants.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Education/Professional Qualification:
- BA or BSC in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Must possess a minimum of 6 years of work experience in Growth Marketing, User Acquisition Marketing and Sales.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer products industry is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with acquisition analysis, A/B testing, and ad fraud detection.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proven track record of successful growth campaigns.
- Expertise with SEO, paid search, paid social, display, retargeting and analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics, Google Trends.
- Up-to-date knowledge of mobile performance marketing, trends, and best practices.
- Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:
Functional/Technical:
- Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends) during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts Responsible for carrying our missions for the company by increasing.
- Proficiency in various digital marketing channels such as social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Understanding of the strengths and limitations of each channel and the ability to develop integrated marketing strategies that leverage multiple channels for maximum impact.
- Able to manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Analyze the performance of different marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, paid advertising) in terms of reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
