Role Overview

The Project Manager at Crescita Solutions will be responsible for leading end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to completion. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and client goals. The Project Manager will serve as the main bridge between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients, making sure communication is clear and objectives are met.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating challenges before they arise. Beyond timelines and budgets, this role focuses on driving collaboration across design, development, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality outputs that create measurable impact. The Project Manager will also champion the adoption of agile methodologies, streamline processes, and ensure continuous improvement in project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.


• Create detailed project plans and schedules.


• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.


• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.


• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.


• Conduct progress meetings and provide status reports.


• Ensure quality control throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience.


• Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira).


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.


• Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum) is an advantage.
