Role Overview



The Growth / Sales Funnel Hacker will be responsible for building, testing, and scaling high-converting sales funnels that guide prospects seamlessly from awareness to purchase. This role blends creativity with data-driven experimentation, requiring someone who can connect the dots between messaging, design, user psychology, and analytics. You will play a central role in shaping Crescita Solutions’ customer acquisition strategies, working with cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities in African and global markets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Funnel Design & Development: Create end-to-end funnels using landing pages, lead magnets, opt-in forms, email nurturing sequences, retargeting campaigns, and checkout flows that maximize conversions.

  • Optimization & Testing: Run A/B and multivariate tests on copy, visuals, CTAs, pricing structures, and page layouts to continually improve performance.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Apply behavioral psychology, heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback to identify bottlenecks in the funnel and boost conversion rates.

  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Set up tracking through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or other analytics tools to measure funnel performance at every stage (awareness, engagement, conversion, retention).

  • Collaboration: Partner with content creators, ad specialists, designers, and developers to ensure consistent messaging, user experience, and technical execution.

  • Growth Experimentation: Identify new funnel opportunities across digital touchpoints, including paid ads, organic campaigns, email marketing, and partnerships.

  • Scaling Funnels: Take proven funnels and scale them into multiple markets, adjusting for local audience behavior, culture, and purchasing power.



Requirements




  • Hands-on experience with funnel-building tools like ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Unbounce, or Webflow.

  • Solid knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), consumer psychology, and behavioral triggers.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar) to interpret data and drive strategy.

  • Understanding of email automation platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.) for nurturing leads.

  • Solid copywriting skills and the ability to create persuasive messaging tailored to different funnel stages.

  • A test-and-learn mindset, with comfort in running experiments, analyzing results, and iterating quickly.

  • Ability to work across multiple campaigns and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
