Job Description






We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Agents to join our growing team! You’ll be engaging with inbound leads and customers through online chat, selling our digital products and services, and helping drive both revenue growth and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Engage with inbound leads via online chat to present and sell products/services.

  • Spot opportunities to upsell and improve the customer experience.

  • Build trust and rapport through professional, friendly communication.

  • Meet sales targets while providing excellent customer support.



Requirements:




  • Fluent or native-level English with strong written communication (40+ WPM typing speed).

  • Reliable home office setup (computer, camera, desk, and strong internet).

  • Availability for weekday shifts (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM) or weekend shifts with weekday backup when needed.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service
