The Role
- We’re seeking a driven, reliable, and detail-oriented Admin/HR Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our Admin and Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in core HR and administrative functions, providing valuable exposure to organizational processes and people management.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff, volunteers, and contract personnel
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions, team events, and workshops
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, documentation and inventory management
- Offering administrative assistance to HR as needed on day-to-day operations and special projects
- All other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Stage
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional, dependable, and eager to contribute to team success
- Exceptional organizational abilities including multitasking and time management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is key
