Job Summary
- The Business Manager - Phones will oversee procurement, supply, sales, and after-sales operations for the phone business unit. The role is focused on ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and supply chain to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.
- Drive sales strategies, set targets, and monitor performance to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
- Oversee after-sales operations, ensuring efficient warranty, repairs, and customer service delivery.
- Monitor budgets, margins, and pricing strategies to sustain profitability.
- Prepare and present periodic performance, inventory, and market reports to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5years’ experience in sales, procurement, or business development/management, preferably in consumer electronics or telecoms.
- Strong knowledge of the phone/mobile device market in Nigeria.
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage product portfolios.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools.
