Role Overview




  • We are seeking a professional and reliable driver to support our day-to-day operations.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.



Core Responsibilities




  • Drive Executives and staff to meetings, events, airports, or other locations as, required.

  • Deliver or pick up documents, packages, supplies and other items that may need to be transported.

  • Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, cleaned, and serviced regularly to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.

  • Monitor fuel levels, oil, and other essential vehicle fluids, and manage refuelling and minor repairs as needed.

  • Carry out daily checks on oil, water, brakes, tires, fuel, lights before trips, as well as basic cleaning.

  • Report faults or servicing needs immediately to Admin/Operations personnel.

  • Oversee all repairs and manage relationships with third-party service providers such as repair centres, mechanics, etc.

  • Process vehicle documentation, licenses and permits to ensure full legal compliance.

  • Maintain accurate logs and records of trip, fuelling, repairs, maintenance, etc.

  • Provide support during events or special functions, including logistics coordination or on-site assistance.

  • Carry out additional duties concerning transportation and vehicle management as assigned.



Qualifications




  • Interested candidates should possess a West African Senior School Certificate (WASSCE), a Higher National Diploma (HND) or higher

  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • At least 2-3 years of professional driving experience.

  • Must be between 27- 40 years old.



Soft Skills & Traits:




  • Understand and obey traffic laws and company driving policies strictly.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of cars and vehicle management generally.

  • Avoid speeding, reckless driving, and unauthorized vehicle use.

  • Arrive for duty at the office or external location promptly always.

  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and high integrity in handling the procurement of car replacement parts, fuel, third-party workmanship fees, etc.

  • Plan and navigate routes efficiently to avoid delays.

  • Uphold confidentiality regarding all sensitive information handled in the course of duties.

  • Dress smartly, and generally maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Speak and communicate clearly and professionally
