Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out personal assignments and tasks, as required, to assist the President
- Manage the President’s daily calendar and appointments
- Manage personal projects on behalf of the President, where required
- Draft or proofread personal letters, notes, or simple documents, where required
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence,where required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President, where required
- Develop and maintain record-keeping/filing systems for official and personal records
- Manage the President’s travel arrangements and bookings
- Process petty cash disbursements and prepare expense reports
- Keeping track of important milestone dates, events or renewal dates for memberships, subscriptions, or personal commitments.
- Coordinate and manage the tasks and assignments of other personal staff or vendors
- Handle visitor reception and general office hospitality arrangements
- Support or manage special projects
- Support the planning of private functions, dinners, or small-scale events
- Ensure the President’s office runs smoothly.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a Company Executive
