Job Description




  • The Business Developer is responsible for driving market expansion by identifying customer needs, exploring business opportunities, and supporting the establishment of regional home stores.

  • The role involves market research, site selection, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of business development activities within assigned regions.



Responsibilities

Regional Customer Development:




  • Identify and engage potential customers within the assigned region to drive business growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to understand customer needs and intentions.



Regional Business Circle Development:




  • Explore and develop business circles within the region to expand market reach.

  • Establish partnerships and collaborations that enhance product penetration.



Market Research & Site Selection:




  • Collect and analyze information on potential site locations within target business circles.

  • Provide recommendations on optimal site selection for new business opportunities.



Home Store Construction Follow-up:




  • Support the setup and development of regional home stores by coordinating materials, logistics, and vendor activities.

  • Monitor first-order execution and ensure timely delivery of requirements.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or market research.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage projects end-to-end.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
