Responsibilities




  • Oversee procurement, receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts, lubricants, tyres, tools, and other maintenance consumables.

  • Develop and maintain a reliable spare parts supply chain to ensure minimal downtime of vehicles.

  • Ensure proper documentation and traceability of materials through the ERP system.

  • Implement standards for quality assurance of materials received from suppliers.

  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.

  • Monitor inventory levels regularly and prepare reports.

  • Conduct periodic stock counts, reconciliation, and variance investigations.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of procurement experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain sector.

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

  • Knowledge of logistics operations and fleet maintenance supplies.

  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Understanding of procurement compliance and regulatory requirements.
