Summary




  • We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator/Digital Marketer to strengthen the Prixair Group brand presence across all subsidiaries.

  • The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, manage digital campaigns, and drive online engagement to increase visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy:




  • Develop and execute multimedia content (text, images, videos, graphics) tailored for each subsidiary.

  • Craft compelling stories to communicate brand values, services, and customer experiences.

  • Maintain content calendars for websites, social media, blogs, and newsletters.



Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:




  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).

  • Run targeted ads to generate leads and increase conversions.

  • Monitor and optimize SEO and SEM strategies for visibility and ranking.



Social Media Management:




  • Grow, engage, and manage the community on all social media platforms.

  • Track performance metrics and provide reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.

  • Respond to followers, feedback, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.



Branding & Corporate Communications:




  • Align digital content with Prixair Group’s brand identity and vision.

  • Support subsidiaries with digital campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events.

  • Work closely with HR for employer branding initiatives.



Analytics & Reporting:




  • Use digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to measure campaign success.

  • Provide regular insights to management for strategic decision-making.



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)




  • Growth in social media followers, engagement, and brand mentions.

  • Increase in website traffic and online conversions.

  • Lead generation and successful campaign ROI.

  • Consistency in content calendar execution.

  • Positive brand visibility across digital platforms.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields

  • Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or Social Media Manager.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media algorithms.

  • Proficiency in creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, etc.).

  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.

  • Ability to multitask across different brands and industries.

  • Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
