As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving property sales, engaging clients, and contributing to the success of Gavmeldah Homes.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients to drive property sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify property trends and investment opportunities.
Coordinate and participate in property site inspections to showcase listings to clients.
Collaborate in training sessions and industry conferences to stay updated on market trends and enhance skills.
Actively promote Landmall property portfolio through various marketing channels.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelo's Degree
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude.
Availability for site inspections and client meetings.
Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage.
