Key Responsibilities




  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions.

  • Develop and deliver technical proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs.

  • Serve as a technical advisor to customers and the sales team throughout the sales process.

  • Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses, ensuring all technical aspects are addressed.

  • Work with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.

  • Provide post-sales support as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.

  • Participate in customer meetings, conference calls, and on-site visits to provide technical expertise and support.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including product datasheets, whitepapers, and user manuals.

  • Conduct technical training sessions for customers and internal sales teams.

  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as case studies and technical brochures.

  • Support the sales team in developing strategic account plans and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Collaborate with the customer support team to address technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Provide input on product pricing strategies based on technical knowledge and market trends.

  • Assist in the design and implementation of proof-of-concept (POC) projects to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of our solutions.

  • Track and report on pre-sales activities, including customer interactions and feedback



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role or similar position.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proven ability to understand and address customer needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Experience with preparing and responding to RFPs/RFIs.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
