Key Responsibilities
- Access Control: Monitor and regulate the entry and exit of vehicles, pedestrians, and goods.
- Security Checks: Verify credentials, issue passes, and check for prohibited items.
- Record Keeping: Log the arrival and departure of visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Security Monitoring: Patrol the premises, ensure security systems like cameras and alarms are functional, and respond to any security incidents.
- Property Protection: Prevent unauthorized removal of company property and enforce security regulations.
- Communication: Liaise with superiors, law enforcement, and visitors to report issues and provide directions.
- Maintenance: May perform minor maintenance, such as keeping the gate area clean or checking locks.
