Job Summary
- We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Representatives to join our team in the Telecom & Internet Service Provider (ISP) sector.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales of our internet connectivity and ICT solutions across our Estates.
- The ideal candidates will play a key role in expanding our customer base, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients within assigned territories or sectors.
- Sell ISP services including Fiber Internet, Wireless Broadband, VoIP, VPN, and other value-added solutions.
- Generate leads, follow up on sales inquiries, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Thorough knowledge of product/service and explain technical solutions in simple, customer-friendly terms.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Track sales activities, prepare reports.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Entry level or 1 year sales experience
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Must be proactive, resilient, and customer focused.
- Familiarity with Estates within Lagos and Lagos as a whole.
