Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our healthcare products.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, healthcare product knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals and Pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell health care products to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and distributor outlets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and purchasing managers.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare personnel and distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic actions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales.
- Participate in trade shows, medical exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- B. Pharm., B.Sc/HND Bio chemistry or Science related course
- Maximum of 2 years post NYSC.
- Must not be more than 35 years of age
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and distribution networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be ready to send daily report on sales activities.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
