Job Description
- Coordinate sales activities within the region to achieve the agreed sales budgeted value on a monthly basis in line with the company’s objectives and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, prescribers, and other stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and business retention.
- Develop targeted sales strategies, collaborate with the marketing team, and support promotional efforts through presentations, trade shows, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Educate customers on product features, benefits and usage guidelines
- Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets
- Work strategically to increase awareness and use of the company’s products.
- Demonstrable experience managing a sales team of at least 10 members
- Strong hospital and ethical brand marketing experience
- Self-directed and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B. Pharm., B.Sc/HND Bio chemistry or Science related course (MBA desired)
- Not less than 6 years experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing and managerial role.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have good communication and marketing skills
- Must have a valid drivers license
