Job Description







  • Coordinate sales activities within the region to achieve the agreed sales budgeted value on a monthly basis in line with the company’s objectives and procedures

  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, prescribers, and other stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and business retention.

  • Develop targeted sales strategies, collaborate with the marketing team, and support promotional efforts through presentations, trade shows, and events.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns

  • Educate customers on product features, benefits and usage guidelines

  • Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets

  • Work strategically to increase awareness and use of the company’s products.

  • Demonstrable experience managing a sales team of at least 10 members

  • Strong hospital and ethical brand marketing experience

  • Self-directed and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills



Qualifications and Requirements:




  • B. Pharm., B.Sc/HND Bio chemistry or Science related course (MBA desired)

  • Not less than 6 years experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing and managerial role.

  • Must be computer literate.

  • Must have good communication and marketing skills

  • Must have a valid drivers license
