A company based in Lagos Island is seeking a reliable and organized Human Resource Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records (both digital and hard copies).
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Prepare HR documents like employment contracts and letters.
- Handle employee attendance records and leave management.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Support the coordination of staff welfare initiatives and training programs.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
