Purpose Statement
We are looking to hire a Customer Success Associate who will be responsible for providing accurate, valid and complete information to customers and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Key Deliverables:
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Preferred Qualification & Requirements:
HND/B.Sc degree in Management Sciences or related field.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Knowledge of the financial services industry and understanding of consumer lending.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
