Role Profile



The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of the company’s real estate projects, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure. The role requires a results-driven professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, and a solid track record of achieving sales targets in real estate.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients for the company’s real estate products and services.

  • Actively promote and sell residential and commercial real estate developments to clients.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations to prospective buyers.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to convert generated leads into successful sales.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts for management review.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and property fairs to generate visibility and leads.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years proven sales experience in real estate development with a strong sales record.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Strong presentation and client relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.
