Position Overview

• We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer with strong expertise in photo manipulation, digital design, and print media.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually appealing designs across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and enhance images using advanced photo manipulation techniques for campaigns, advertisements, and brand visuals.


• Design graphics for both digital platforms and printed materials (brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, merchandise, etc.).


• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.


• Prepare and review final layouts for print production, ensuring accurate colors, layouts, and finishes.


• Work closely with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure high-quality delivery of printed designs.


• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual communication materials.


• Stay updated with design trends, software updates, and best practices in digital and print media.


• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.


• Ensure all designs comply with specifications for digital and print output, including resolution, bleed, and file formats.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).


• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio in photo manipulation and print design.


• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW (knowledge of Lightroom is an added advantage).


• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.


• Knowledge of print production processes (offset, digital printing, large-format printing).


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.


• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to bring concepts to life.
