  • This role is responsible for supporting the facility Lead in maintaining the building facilities and equipment whilst providing a top-quality user service experience and also ensures that the facility is operating effectively and efficiently.



Responsibilities




  • Perform essential technical tasks related to facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.

  • Assist with various facility management activities across multiple locations as needed.

  • Organize and maintain accurate records of all facility maintenance activities.

  • Ensure that facilities are well-maintained and that repairs are executed promptly and efficiently.

  • Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, systems, and structures within the facility.

  • Manage the facility's space, including allocating areas for different functions, coordinating moves and changes, and assisting with the design and layout of the facility.

  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.

  • Manage the facility's environmental impact and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.



Qualifications




  • Minimum of an OND in a relevant field

  • Possess 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience.

  • Technical knowledge of facility management systems.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Physical fitness and willingness to work flexible hours.
