We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide top-level administrative and operational support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
You will act as a key liaison between the MD, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the Sales, Marketing & Projects department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the MD’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action points.
Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the MD.
Act as the primary liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Support communication and collaboration between Sales, Marketing & Projects and other departments.
Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information.
Provide oversight support on operational activities as directed by the MD.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
