DozzaVille is seeking a customer-focused and digitally savvy Customer Care Representative to join our team in Awka. In this role, you will serve as the voice of DozzaVille, ensuring every customer receives prompt, warm, and professional assistance across phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with accuracy and empathy.

  • Provide clear information about our products, promotions, and delivery processes.

  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Record and update customer interactions, feedback, and requests.

  • Represent the DozzaVille brand with a friendly and solution-driven approach.



Requirements:




  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to multitask across different digital platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, calls).

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is an added advantage.

  • Must reside in or around Awka.
