Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented leader to ensure smooth daily operations across all departments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Production, Customer Service, Inventory, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly with no disruption to service or production.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, order accuracy, and packaging.
- Solve problems quickly (staff issues, stock shortages, rider delays, or customer complaints).
- Review and summarize daily reports from HODs for management, ensuring negligence never affects production or customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must reside near Aroma, Awka.
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of work experience (prior experience in food production or restaurant management is a strong plus).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Very Good in clear written and spoken English.
- Completion of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Office-based work (23 days per month).
- Strong commitment to long-term employment.
