We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales Officer to represent our company in the Western region.
The ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years of proven success in sales, a strong understanding of customer relationship management, and the ability to generate and close deals.
This role requires regular travel within the region to meet clients, develop business opportunities, and grow market share.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company’s products and services to existing and potential clients in the Western region.
Identify new sales opportunities, build relationships, and convert leads into long-term customers.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Collect market intelligence and report on competitor activities and customer feedback.
Work closely with the internal sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge, pricing structures, and sales strategies.
Requirements
3 – 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with the Western market and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
Knowledge of plastic and Thermowares (an Advantage).
