  • The Sales Associate is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the furniture manufacturing industry.

  • The role involves promoting the company’s range of furniture products, understanding client needs, and ensuring a seamless sales process from inquiry to delivery.



Responsibilities




  • Meet and exceed sales targets

  • Attend to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Provide guidance on product selection based on client needs and preferences.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s furniture products, features, and benefits.

  • Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.



Qualifications




  • 3-5 years' quota carrying sales experience in a retail company

  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems

  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
