Registered Nurse (RN) – Wellness & IV Therapy Nurse

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Clinic-based & Mobile Services)

Job Summary

Health BalancePoint is a wellness clinic in Lagos providing comprehensive diabetic, hypertensive, and IV infusion therapy services. We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. The ideal nurse will work at our physical clinic location while also participating in mobile visits across Lagos as needed.

This role involves administering IV hydration and vitamin drips, conducting vital health screenings, managing wellness education, and supporting a high-tech, patient-centered care experience.

Key Responsibilities 

• Administer IV infusions and injections in both clinic and home settings.


• Perform vital signs assessment, blood glucose, and blood pressure monitoring.


• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, infusion benefits, and chronic disease management.


• Maintain accurate and digital patient records using EMR systems or tablets.


• Prepare IV solutions and follow aseptic techniques for cannulation.


• Assist with clinic operations, patient scheduling, and follow-up.


• Uphold Health BalancePoint’s standard of care, confidentiality, and professionalism.


• Travel to patients’ homes or events for mobile IV services (as needed).

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nigeria (NMCN).


• IV therapy or phlebotomy certification preferred.


• 1–2 years clinical nursing experience.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using apps/tablets for documentation.


• Must be punctual, friendly, and reliable.


• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
