Our Client, a Luxury 5-Star restaurant with years of experience in the hospitality industry in Nigeria. They currently looking to hire a Travels/ Visa Personnel In Lagos and Abuja.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with booking air travel tickets (local and international flights), tours, airport transfers, and hotels for the company.
- Visa Processing.
- Arrange travel for business and vacation for the company.
- Ensure all bookings and reservations are processed accurately.
- Find fare and schedule information.
- Calculate total travel costs.
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
- Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
- Providing up-to-date advice on travel regulations, including visa and medical requirements, baggage limits, safety and local customs.
- Filing, photocopying, and general administrative duties.
Skills & Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven work experience in a Travel Agency.
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
