Job Purpose
- The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the real estate business.
- The role involves identifying potential clients, tenants while maintaining strong ties with existing clients to achieve the firm’s sales and growth objectives. In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and corporate partners.
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities, including individuals, corporates, and institutional investors.
- Manage client portfolios, understand their real estate investment needs, and propose tailored property solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, market trends, financing options, and regulatory requirements.
- Track and achieve sales targets as set by management.
- Provide regular reports and feedback on client interactions, sales pipeline, and market intelligence.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Professional certifications in Sales, Real Estate, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are an added advantage.
Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience in relationship management, sales, or business development (preferably in real estate, banking, or investment sectors).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/revenue targets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain trust-based client relationships.
- Sound understanding of the real estate market and investment dynamics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Telemarketing Skills:
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Other Details:
- Travel Requirements: Occasional site visits, client meetings, and events.
