  • They are seeking a candidate in the Agricultural sector seeks an experienced Sales Manager to unlock business opportunities in his/her designated coverage area, and to generate sales orders as well as exceed sales targets.



Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:




  • Identifying potential customers, increasing market reach, ensuring steady sales growth in his designated coverage area, submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports,

  • Generating sales orders from existing and new customers, maintaining a good relationship with customers, converting prospects to customers, working together with the sales team, monitoring and submitting intelligent reports of the activities of our competitors in the market

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and after-sales service.

  • Design and implement sales campaigns (with support from the marketing team) to drive client acquisition.

  • Provide weekly sales and pipeline reports to management.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Agric Economics, Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration or a related field with 2-5 years of experience.

  • Strong understanding of the Feed mill industry and market.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.

  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Must have a good understanding of his terrain.
