About the Role




  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer with 1–2 years of experience to support our Human Resources Department in daily operations.

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance with policies, and providing support across recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.



Key Responsibilities




  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire documentation.

  • Maintain accurate employee records (hard copy and digital) in line with company policies and data protection laws.

  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, overtime, leave, etc.).

  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and performance appraisals.

  • Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Provide support in training coordination, staff welfare programs, and engagement initiatives.

  • Assist in compiling HR metrics and preparing HR-related reports for management.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1 – 2 years of HR experience in a corporate environment is required.

  • Good understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HR software knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
