The Bookstore Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with book selections, processing transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining the store's appearance.
Responsibilities also include organizing events such as book signings and readings, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bookstore on a daily basis.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience in inventory management and organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Passion for books and reading
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms is a plus.
