Job Summary

• The Nursery and Primary Teachers will be responsible for creating a stimulating, safe, and nurturing learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning and Delivery: Designing and implementing engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 3 - 8years.


• Classroom Management: Establishing and enforcing rules of behavior, managing classroom activities, and promoting positive interactions among children.


• Assessment and Feedback: Observing and assessing children's progress, providing feedback to parents and stakeholders.


• Communication: Collaborating with parents, colleagues, and management to share information and ensure student progress.

Requirements

• Qualifications: NCE, B.Ed, or equivalent educational qualification with at least 2 years of active teaching experience in Nursery and early Basic classes.


• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a passion for nurturing young minds.


• Preferably female and must reside within Ayobo and its environs.
