Job Summary




  • As the Senior Human Resources Officer, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the HR functions of the company.

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • This role requires a proactive and experienced HR professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices in the FMCG industry.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is hired.

  • Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

  • Coordinate and manage performance appraisal systems and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.

  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters.

  • Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness in the market.

  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management on HR metrics.

  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role within the FMCG sector.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

  • Proven experience in managing employee relations and handling complex HR issues.

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage.
