As the Senior Human Resources Officer, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the HR functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is hired.
Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate and manage performance appraisal systems and provide recommendations for improvements.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters.
Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management on HR metrics.
Lead and manage the HR team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role within the FMCG sector.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in managing employee relations and handling complex HR issues.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage.
