Responsibilities

• Assist with posting and processing journal entries to ensure accurate financial records


• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and petty cash


• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes


• Prepare and submit invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers


• Assist in maintaining updated accounts receivable and accounts payable records


• Help in the preparation of financial reports, tax filings, and budget tracking


• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed


• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve financial queries


• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 - 2 years of work experience.
