Role Summary




  • The Salesman will be responsible for generating and maintaining business for truck maintenance services, spare parts, and service contracts.

  • This role requires building strong relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, and individual truck owners, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Promote and sell truck maintenance services, spare parts, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) to existing and prospective clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities within the logistics and transportation sector.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with service/workshop teams to ensure quality service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

  • Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns in coordination with the service team.



Qualifications & Skills




  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven sales experience in automotive / truck maintenance, spare parts, or heavy vehicles sector.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of truck components, preventive maintenance, and repair services.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve results under pressure.

  • Valid driver’s license (preferably heavy vehicle license is a plus).

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
