Job Description:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of company drivers.


• Monitor drivers’ performance, discipline, and compliance with safety policies.


• Maintain accurate driver records, licenses, and documentation.


• Oversee training programs to improve driver efficiency and safety awareness.


• Ensure drivers’ welfare and resolve operational challenges.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.


• 3–5 years’ experience in driver management, fleet operations, or HR.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Good knowledge of Nigerian transport regulations and road safety laws.
