We are seeking a confident and creative Sales Associate who will not only drive in-store and online sales but also manage their day-to-day social media presence.
This role blends customer engagement with digital marketing, making it ideal for someone who understands both selling and branding.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
Welcome and assist walk-in clients in the showroom.
Provide expert product recommendations based on customer needs.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries to sales (in person, via WhatsApp, phone, or Instagram).
Maintain excellent knowledge of all products (wallpapers, moldings, etc.).
Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and delivery documentation.
Support B2B clients with sample selections and quotations.
Social Media Marketing:
Manage and grow the company’s Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business accounts.
Create and schedule engaging posts (photos, reels, stories) to showcase products, customer projects, and promotions.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries quickly and professionally.
Work with the design team to plan content campaigns and grow followers.
Monitor social media analytics and suggest strategies for improvement.
Requirements
Minimum of OND or HND; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or social media marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be confident using Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Canva or similar tools.
Sales-oriented, friendly, and able to work with targets.
Passion for interior design, décor, or lifestyle products is a bonus.
Must be able to work from the showroom in Lagos.
Remuneration
Basic salary of N230,000/month plus commission on sales
Training and product knowledge support.
