1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.


2. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends


3. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks


4. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests


5. Providing technical support across the company


6. Setting up accounts for new users (Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Dynamics NAV)


7. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary


8. Testing new technology
