  • Leads sell-in efforts into company owned retail outlets & stores.

  • Act as consultants to outlet managers to develop and implement tactics to achieve sales turnover in outlets under their direct management.

  • To manage sell-out from company-owned retail outlets.



Responsibilities




  • This role is responsible for driving sales performance across the company’s owned retail outlets, ensuring alignment with overall business targets.

  • It works closely with Outlet Managers to implement unified sales methodologies, coordinate promotional efforts, and ensure each store has the tools and resources needed to succeed.

  • The role monitors individual outlet performance, identifies areas for improvement, and supports team development through recruitment, training, and coaching.

  • It also serves as a key liaison between retail operations and senior management, providing insights on market trends, competitor activity, and sales opportunities.

  • The position carries direct revenue accountability and plays a critical role in executing national promotions and maximizing store-level sales impact.

  • Ultimately, the role ensures consistent execution of sales strategies across all outlets to meet or exceed sales quotas.



Requirements




  • Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree an advantage

  • 5-6 years of sales experience in a consumer products company (FMCG) across multiple channels of trade, including wholesale and retail outlets .

  • People management & supervision experience

  • 1year of P&L, strategic planning, and/or budgeting experience. Experience with salesforce automation or CRM is essential to success
