Job Summary




  • We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to find, sign & launch the most sought-after brands in Nigeria, secure category leaders, and negotiate killer deals (exclusivity, premium margins, co-marketing).



Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:




  • Sign 10–15 high-value partners/month

  • Achieve 80% coverage of top brands per category

  • Fill category gaps & keep SKUs in stock

  • Drive 30% MoM GMV growth from your portfolio We’re looking for:

  • A deal-closer with 5+ years in BD/partnerships (e-comm, FMCG, retail)

  • A high networker, strategist & data-driven

  • A rockstar who is hungry to win & ready to shape the future of commerce in Africa



Requirements




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 6-8 years work experience.
