We are seeking vibrant, persuasive, and goal-oriented Direct Sales Agents to market and sell IPPIS Loans to federal government employees.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, building strong relationships, and driving loan product sales to achieve assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell the company’s IPPIS loan products to federal government employees on the IPPIS platform.
Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers through field marketing, referrals, and direct engagement.
Provide customers with accurate information on loan terms, requirements, and repayment schedules.
Guide prospective clients through the loan application process, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Team Lead.
Build and sustain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on competitor loan products, pricing, and market dynamics.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / NCE; a Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage.
Proven sales experience (experience in loan sales, microfinance, or financial products is highly desirable).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Energetic, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Familiarity with IPPIS platform and federal government employee network is an advantage.
