Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with Montaigne Place’s brand identity and support sales objectives.
- Ensure compliance with the planograms and merchandising standards provided by different partner brands while maintaining Montaigne Place’s premium aesthetic.
- Design and execute outlets’ layouts, window displays, and promotional setups to highlight featured products, seasonal collections, and new launches.
- Work closely with brand team, outlet manager, head of retail operations, and the marketing team to coordinate merchandising initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and maintain the visual presentation of all stores, ensuring that displays are refreshed regularly and remain in line with brand and seasonal guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with brand merchandising requirements and make necessary adjustments.
- Analyze sales performance data and customer behavior to optimize product placement and enhance visual appeal.
- Train outlets staff on visual merchandising best practices, brand guidelines, and product presentation.
- Manage merchandising materials, props, and display fixtures to ensure they are well-maintained and available for outlet updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty, luxury retail, or fashion industry.
- Experience working with multiple brands and adhering to their individual merchandising guidelines is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in fragrance and skincare merchandising is an added advantage.
