Essentials Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, incuding job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Develop and impement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote a culture of continous improvement.
- Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships.
- Establish and maintain reationships with key stakeholders in the food and beverage industry.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in HR roles
- Significant experience in the manufacturing sector is crucial
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written are essential
- Strong understanding of HR practises and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be between 40 - 45 years of age.
- Must be resident in Ibadan.
