Essentials Duties and Responsibilities




  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, incuding job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.

  • Develop and impement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and maintain accurate personnel records.

  • Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote a culture of continous improvement.

  • Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships.

  • Establish and maintain reationships with key stakeholders in the food and beverage industry.



Education and Experience




  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • Proven experience in HR roles

  • Significant experience in the manufacturing sector is crucial

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written are essential

  • Strong understanding of HR practises and employment laws.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Must be between 40 - 45 years of age.

  • Must be resident in Ibadan.
